Odisha IT Fraternity’s “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” Tree Plantation Drive Creates Environmental Waves

In a spirited endeavour to honour our planet and foster environmental consciousness, the NASSCOM SME Community in Odisha orchestrated a remarkable tree plantation drive at Infocity, Bhubaneswar. Under the resonant theme “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” (One Tree to Honor Our Mother), industry leaders, government officials, and enthusiastic volunteers united to sow the seeds of change.

A Collaborative Effort: Industry and Government Stand Together

Senior government officials from Odisha, including Sri Vishal Kumar Dev (Principal Secretary IT), Mr. Manas Panda (Special Secretary IT), Mr. Saurya Patnaik (Director STPI), and Mr. S.R. Patro (Additional Director STPI), actively participated in this green initiative. Their presence underscored the shared commitment to environmental stewardship and the power of collective action.
