Based on guidelines stipulated by the Government of India, AABSyS has successfully instituted PoSH – Prevention of Sexual Harassment policy and a strong support mechanism to maintain the order of our diverse, multi-cultural and vibrant workplace.
AABSyS is committed to maintaining a workplace where the employee’s personal dignity is respected and protected from offensive or threatening behavior including violence. We understand that harassment and abuse undermine the integrity of employment relationships and can cause serious harm to productivity, efficiency, and harmony in the workplace. For these reasons, AABSyS does not tolerate verbal or physical conduct by any employee that harasses another employee or affects their work performance in a negative manner, or creates an intimidating, offensive, abusive or hostile work environment.
To prevent instances of sexual harassment and to receive and effectively deal with complaints pertaining to the same, an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of seven members has been appointed by AABSyS. The committee comprises a chairperson, five members, and an external representative. The committee is responsible for receiving complaints against sexual harassment at the workplace, conducting inquiries, and maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the process as per established guidelines.
