AABSyS Senior Leadership Team Meeting was held at the Golf Club, Bhubaneswar on the 01st of October 2021. All senior team members based out of Bhubaneswar and Berhampur offices had participated in this event.
While addressing the event gathering, AABSyS CEO Mr. Arun Patnaik spoke at length regarding the power of positive thinking and doing good. By putting people first, thinking about what could be done to help, and taking little steps, AABSyS has successfully mitigated the risks of the global pandemic. Mr. Patnaik emphasized that when everyone in the company is positive, they shall grow collectively, and are enabled to make a difference in the lives of everyone associated with AABSyS. Through this continuous process of taking small steps to improve performance and maintain focus, that AABSyS team size has grown from 220 to 500. Mr. Patnaik also highlighted that All AABSyS-ians share a collective responsibility to elevate the company to the next growth path and set a proud example for not only the state of Odisha, but also for the Nation and the world at large.
Several senior members shared their growth stories with the audience, as part of this event. Various team building activities were conducted by the HR Team to boost the morale of the managers, improve trust and sharing. The event also had a photo session, dinner and cultural activities.
