The client is a leading Broadband and Telecommunications Services Company based in India.

Business Challenge

The increase in data volumes and network traffic has pushed the telecommunication industry to find solutions for strengthening its networks. To substantiate these networks forming the core of businesses, the client collaborated on updating their networks and related asset data inventory for the implementation of the Pan-India 4G network.

Solution

Brought on board to capture the changes from the existing (as-built) OSP networks into the client’s Central/ Enterprise GIS, our team quickly adapted to the requirements of the project. The multidisciplinary skill set of our engineers assisted in the encapsulation of updates in outside plant assets encompassing spans, structures, transmedia and equipment as well as connectivity and topology information were captured with their attributes.
