About the Customer

The customer is a mining company based in North America that is a leading provider of nuclear fuel processing services to the world’s reactor fleet.

Business Challenge

Considering the vitality of maps for planning the mine production and controlling the quality of the excavated ore, the customer required AABSyS to create thematic maps encompassing different geological features in the GIS environment using the geological sketches provided by the customer.

Solution

AABSyS leveraged its expertise through integrated remote sensing and GIS techniques to fulfill customer requirements. The project was kick started with the demarcation of geological rocks, structures, and dips presented with different symbology. Our team precisely performed geo-referencing and subsequent digitization to create individual layers in SHP format. In the final step, data was attributed.
